What this site stores
Session cookie (mwproof)
Keeps you signed in as you move between pages. This is set the moment you visit, and it's required for the site to work at all — there's no way to review or approve a proof without it. It expires automatically when you close your browser, or immediately when you sign out — unless you tick "Remember me" at login, in which case it stays for 30 days instead.
Theme preference
If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so it's still set next time you visit. This never leaves your device and isn't sent to the server.
Google Fonts
This site's typeface (Inter) is loaded from Google's font service. Loading it causes your browser to make a request directly to Google, which means your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request, the same as it would be for any external resource a webpage loads. No cookie is set by this as currently configured.
What this site doesn't do
No analytics or usage tracking. No advertising or marketing cookies. No cross-site tracking. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
